Return policy
If the received items do not meet your expectations, you have the option to return them. To make this process as simple as possible, you can submit a return request via your customer account.
1. Log in to your customer account
You do not need to have created a customer account when placing the order. You can easily log in with your order number and the email address you provided when placing the order. In the login area, you will see an overview of your orders and the products you have purchased. Here you can select the products you wish to return and start the return process.
2. Confirmation and return label
After requesting the return, you will receive a confirmation email. Within a maximum of 4 working days, you will receive a return label by email. For customers in the Netherlands, this will be a DHL label, and for customers in Belgium, a Bpost label. You can use this return label to send the products back. Customers from other countries will receive shipping instructions.
3. Processing of the return
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we will process it within a maximum of 5 working days. You will receive an email confirming receipt. We will then check the returned products based on the conditions described in our general terms and conditions.
After the inspection, you will be notified again. If the return shipment is approved, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within a few working days via the same payment method you used.
Packaging
It is essential that the products are returned completely dry. For the Babylatte Home and Babylatte Pro, the water tank and boiler must be emptied beforehand. Then all parts, including the body, must air dry for at least 24 hours before being packed. For the Babylatte Portable, the reservoir must be completely emptied.
Protect the packaging. Preferably use the original packaging, including any protective materials provided such as air cushions and styrofoam. Note: if the products are not returned completely dry, moisture can get into the display. This can lead to the product becoming unusable. In such a case, the return will be rejected.
Deadlines and conditions
You have a period of 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the order, to register the return. If the 14-day period has expired, the option to return will no longer be available in your account. After you have received the return label, the products must be received by us within 14 days.
